Steak & Hummus Plate

Treat your palate to the flavors of the Mediterranean with our Steak and Hummus Plate. This delicious dish starts with our house-made hummus, a blend of organic chickpeas, tahini and traditional spices and herbs. Then, we pile chunks of perfectly grilled steak atop the hummus. The juicy, tender beef will be cooked to order, and on the side, we give you plenty of fresh pita bread for dipping and spooning up the meat and hummus. The Steak and Hummus Plate is large enough to share as an appetizer, but can also make the perfect light meal for lunch or dinner.

Grilled Steak Wrap

Mouthwatering steak gets a healthy makeover for lunchtime in this delicious wrap. We use only the finest organic New York strip steak in this wholesome sandwich, never chipped or processed sandwich beef. The cooked to order steak is sliced thinly and then combined with nutty fontina cheese, mixed greens, red onions and tomatoes. The produce is fresh and completely organic, and we dress it all in a tasty aioli to add the perfect finishing touch. Our wraps are made from whole wheat to make a wholesome meal, and we pair the wrap with your choice of french fries or a garden salad.

Wild salmon Salad

Our Wild Salmon Salad brings together a delicious salmon fillet with fresh organic greens to create a filling, yet incredibly healthy entree salad that is perfect for lunch or dinner. We use only wild-caught salmon, which is less caloric and richer in nutrients than farm-raised fish. The salmon is perfectly prepared, making it flaky on the inside, crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor with every bite. To balance the strong notes of flavor from the salmon, we top the salad with a refreshing house-made vinaigrette dressing that is spiked with citrus. The dressing adds the perfect amount of acidity and ideally complements every bite.

Penne Rustica

The Tuscan countryside is known for beautiful scenery, fine wine and rustic pasta dishes that are hearty and bring together the finest produce with the freshest of local meats. Our Penne Rustica is patterned after these Tuscan delicacies and features a robust slow-simmered sauce made with organic tomatoes. Cream is added to give the sauce more body. Seasoned with traditional Italian herbs and spices, the sauce is ladled over al dente penne, organic broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes and succulent grilled chicken. Upon request, we can substitute grilled steak or shrimp for the chicken.

Beef Kabob

Take yourself on a journey of flavor. Our Beef Kabob will bring to mind the delicacies of the traditional Middle Eastern table with its delicious aroma and perfect blend of spices. The dish is made using the finest cuts of beef, which are carefully trimmed and sliced. We season the meat generously with robust garlic and tangy organic lemon juice and then sear it on a red-hot grill. The beef is prepared cooked to order and served alongside delicious hummus. To complete your meal, we offer your choice of the organic fresh vegetable of the day or seasoned rice.
